Transformation = Market Domination = Success

My Perspective is different than most in the business aviation environment.  I actually am a highly experienced professional pilot with over 21,000 violation and accident-free PIC hours with a 99.75% on time completion rate.  In business aviation experience, reliability and actual operatorial experience matters.

Interestingly, I never loved flying; I was just REALLY good at it.  For me flying was a means to an end.  My real passion is and always has been the “business” of business aviation, always seeking to elevate the ordinary to the exceptional. To create the ultimate attainable solutions for business aviation that are reliable, safe, efficient, and massively profitable. It absolutely can be done.

Using my expertise, I created and built two extremely successful business aviation companies.  The first company I developed, Midwest Air Charter, was done so at the explicit request of the Federal Reserve Bank in 1969 based on my operational and “on time performance”.  Over time that operation became known as Airborne and today it is known as DHL.

In late 1988 after serving as the Chief Pilot for Mercedes Benz North America since 1976, I created and co-founded an innovative and much needed company called Jet Support Services Inc., aka JSSI.  JSSI went operational in 1989, and today JSSI is the largest non-OEM supplier of jet engine services in the world.

I first started flying in 1962, so I was there when the “business” of Business Aviation developed. However, at that time I was too inexperienced to understand the flaws that were entrenching themselves into what became known as revenue aviation, aka, the Charter, and in the mid 1990’s, the Fractional industry.

As those original operational defects replaced critical thinking, they quickly became deeply embedded in the system triggering the going-along-to-get-along approach that dominates the industry today.  Business Aviation is an industry based on flawed concepts, faulty paradigms, and fragile egos; specifically, Charter, Piggyback charter, and Fractional operations.

However, things do change.  Think about it, before 1857 there was no toilet paper, in 1876 William Horton the president of Western Union dismissed Bell’s invention of the telephone as a toy.   Bell started AT&T, and no one even remembers Horton.  Before 1903 there were no airplanes, and until the 1950’s there were no container ships.  Simple adjustments changed or created new industries.  It just takes vision and the ability to understand the failures of the past to see the possibilities of the future.

Adaptation!  In the case of business aviation, I have developed a system that will create a profitable multi-billion-dollar business aviation environment.  A billion-dollar future in just 5 years with zero liabilities, zero risks, featuring an exceptionally low overhead.

Originally, the Charter and Fractional areas were of no interest to me, but when hearing people say, “if it flies, floats, or fornicates, rent it”, I knew there was real opportunity.  So, I went back to the roots of the industry, unpacked the confident ignorance that permeates the industry today, and found the solution.  We have it; a straight-forward solution that is surprisingly clear.  The entire market cannot only be changed, but it can be completely dominated with a few simple changes to capture its full potential. “It will absolutely disrupt the industry overnight with the incredibly positive trajectory always lacking.”

Transformation!  Imagine, ONE system that will, 1) Take 90% of the entire charter market by storm. 2) Render fractional irrelevant.  3) Tap into the high-end airline marketplace.  4) Make owning your own plane superfluous.  5) Reduce and eliminate all deadheads by 90 to 95%.  6) Create a new advanced maintenance system.  7.) Create a feedback loop where flying and maintenance are internalized to complement each other.  The opportunities are infinite.

When Sears first heard about Amazon, they did not believe it was that simple to go from brick and mortar to online sales but guess what?   It really was.  Once someone believed in Bezos, the whole marketplace changed, and Sears stores are all but completely extinct today.

Market Domination!  Our innovations will do the same for the business of business aviation. Realistically this system can be the “Amazon of business aviation” and it doesn’t take very much to make that happen.

Success! The numbers support the hypothesis, the current market supports the acute need, and the technology is in place to completely change the world of business aviation.

All it will take is modest monetary support, or an affiliation with an existing operator to generate real Adaptation, Transformation, Market Domination, and Success!
