A New Beginning!
Business aviation, by nature, is expensive, complicated, and highly regulated, which by default leaves most investors wary and unapproachable when it comes to any dialogue regarding aviation investments. I fully understand these issues, which is why it is important to go back to 1988 when I developed my first version of the structured controlled maintenance system, which today is still a time-proven and extraordinarily successful concept. That same system, revised with a few slight changes, can and will completely change and dominate business aviation going forward.
My concept was known back then and today, as Jet Support Services Inc., aka JSSI.
What makes JSSI unusual is something that the current owners of JSSI do not even understand or appreciate. However, that model, my model, with marginal modifications is exactly the model that will eliminate all the problems of business aviation-present and future.
Currently, I have made those revisions creating a newer, highly improved version of JSSI with added elements that will be made operational with your help. These modifications are not designed only to disrupt the current business of business aviation industry. They are designed to own the business of business aviation.
And when I say own it, I am not talking about owning aircraft, operating aircraft, or doing maintenance, but controlling business aviation, all of it.
My control model is what the original JSSI model proved. It is simple and efficient and in the world of aviation maintenance, JSSI is number two in the world, second only to Honeywell’s MSP program, but without the overhead of 130,000 employees. JSSI does not even own a screwdriver. So, let’s just say my model of control, aka the JSSI model, is well proven. And it works.
My new model now creates a complete feedback loop, a circular system using a far more advanced and superior model of JSSI to solve the biggest problem in all of business aviation, utilization.
Adding utilization is the key to ameliorating all the problems that are inherently devastating to business aviation. For years, the fundamental problems have been pushed to the side with numerous thoughtless P.T. Barnum solutions that cannot work for obvious reasons. Fractional, piggyback charter, charter, cards, empty leg flights, and management companies are not solutions, but cons.
The effects of unreasonable solutions are becoming more well known every day with the downfall of many aviation companies recently. Once explained why these insipid models do not work, you will fully agree, and if you need proof, look at all the ludicrous ideas that are collapsing every day in business aviation. Check AIN Aviation International News and AV Buyer. What they are describing is what I have been saying for years would happen. Those models cannot work, will not work, and will always fail. And they are failing now per AIN and AV Buyer.
Some would call that distressing, I call it opportunity.
Back to our solution. Unfortunately, without an NDA, I cannot get into the specific mechanics of our system. However once engaged this program will make business aviation work for everybody. For the first time ever, aircraft owners will make money owning aircraft. Charter operators will make money operating aircraft, and we who are involved in creating this concept will make billions.
Also, we have come to realize there is an entire marketplace that no one in aviation ever thought of until now. And to get some idea of the value added of what I am talking about, Think of Malcom McClean. One day, while waiting for hours to unload his truckload of goods onto a cargo ship, in a flash it occurred to him; why not just lift the trailer onto the ship. Out of that moment of clarity came container shipping. We are talking about that kind of change, a simple adjustment to an ingrained problem that changed that industry completely. Now it is aviation’s turn.
With this system, there are no liabilities, no risks, no operating aircraft, no maintaining aircraft, no FAA to deal with, just creating my proven system of control. Simple yes, but extremely effective.
Understanding all the things we do not need to be involved in is exactly why this concept can be put into place with high visibility for comparatively little funding by aviation standards.
We have everything we need in place to launch –apart from the funding. We have the all-important contract; we have two analyzers, (which can be used on Zoom anytime with anyone) to demonstrate and reveal in real time why this program will help aircraft owners save millions of dollars on maintenance costs, while making both owners and operators millions in profits. Additionally, we have access to 35,000 (and more) of direct contact leads through AMSTAT, videos, our web site, and most importantly, exactly the precise personnel to develop and operate the system with the knowledge of how to execute the plan in every detail.
And when I say exactly the right personal in place, check this out; I have over 21,000 PIC flight hours when flying for Mercedes Benz NA, and when the Federal Reserve Bank sought me out to create Midwest Air Charter (what eventually became DHL). We also have the person that will be heading up our maintenance sector who is currently with Boeing (they found him), and an Aerospace & Aviation designer that has worked on the F22 and F35 among countless other projects. We also have experienced salesmen and businessmen all standing by awaiting the funding for this project.
Then there is a completely new market I discovered, and with that, we will have the biggest market ever for business aviation. This is HUGE. All the infrastructure is already in place. It will rock business aviation beyond all comprehension while working seamlessly with our original concept.
Additionally, there are two more concepts we will bring into the original operation once the original concept is in place. Those two concepts provide for additional opportunities that simultaneously eliminate and eradicate whatever might be left of business aviation’s obsolete model.
It will take $5 million to launch the original operations discussed above, another $10 to $15 million if you require some aircraft and more if you necessitate procuring an existing charter company with a record of accomplishment. We do not need or require that, but if it is your requirement to have an established and existing company, an existing charter company will fit perfectly into our system and satisfy your requirements.
