Business Aviation by necessity floats in a sea of money, yet the reality is, several business aviation models do not and cannot make consistent profits as they are currently structured. Not in the sense of business normality.

The primary reason current business aviation models do not work profitably is simple. 1.) Inconsistent utilization. 2.) Unknown variables 3.) Operational inefficiencies. These are simple and solvable problems that when corrected and applied to the models listed below will do something that has never happened in business aviation before, 1.) make business aviation extremely profitable 2.) eliminate liabilities and risks 3.) eliminate 90 to 95% of non-revenue operations.

If you are engaged in one of the operations listed below and you are honest with yourself, then you understand that what I am talking about is correct.

  • Charter
  • Fractional
  • Piggyback charter, (specifically, Piggyback does not work for aircraft owners).
  • Management Companies
  • Empty leg fights
  • Dead Head flights
  • Club Cards
  • Shares

These are exactly the models that create the obstacles which consistently limit all prospects of making serious money in business aviation.

Then again if your goal is to lose a lot of money to create a massive tax write off, then the current business aviation models work perfectly.

On the other hand, should you like to find out what corrections are needed to turn this around and become extremely successful, then contact me at you convince.

So, who am I to say these things?

In short, I am the person that created and co-founded Jet Support Services Inc, aka JSSI 1988/89 in Chicago. JSSI is still operational and currently is the world’s largest non-OEM jet engine service provider. Before JSSI back in 1969, I created and co-founded Midwest Air Charter for the Federal Reserve Bank at their request. Midwest subsequently became known as Airborne and today is known as DHL…In other words the two companies I created to date are both still operating internationally to this day, and 52 years later they are still profitable.

FYI…One of the components of our new multi-level/component solution includes a modernized and updated maintenance system that will easily supplant JSSI with a much-improved owner friendly system.

As a pilot I have over 21,000 PIC hours. I am type rated in several jets, and from 1976 to 1988 was chief pilot for MBNA, one the largest companies in the world with zero accidents or violations and a 99.75% of on time competition record.

So, what does work to Make Money?

Efficiently stabilizing and increasing utilization, efficiently eliminate dead head. Tap into the high-end airline market. Create an improved fractional type of system. Develop a feedback loop using a greatly improved maintenance system over what is currently available and attaching it directly to increased flight operations.

That is the simple answer. If you would like to know how it works, please contact me to receive and NDA (which will be required to learn specifics), and to arrange a meeting in Las Vegas at your convenience.
