I have developed a highly disruptive system that will change every aspect of the contemporary charter and fractional industries in the following ways:

Business aviation is a 200 billion-dollar a year industry, and many people make a great deal of money from aviation, but none of them do it by owning or operating aircraft. Manufacturing companies make money building aircraft. Sales companies make money by selling aircraft. Maintenance operators make money maintaining aircraft. Who consistently does not make money in aviation? The charter and fractional operators, all the people that own and operate aircraft.
The flaw in both the charter and fractional industries that has created so many disappointments is the lack of a coherent and functioning back end operating system.
I have the exact solution that resolves this absurdity. A proven solution that has never been applied to the charter or fractional market simply because no one has understood the nexus.
This solution will increase charter revenue by 500% and reduce 90 to 95% of the non-revenue dead head legs for charter and fractional operators.
I also have a compatible maintenance solution that intensifies the operating system significantly.
Combining these two elements will create a billion-dollar EBITDA company in 5 years without ever having to own or operate one aircraft. Controlling these two elements sets up a massive, stable, and self-sustaining feedback loop of income.

We project operational overhead costs to be less than five percent. In addition, it is important to note as mentioned earlier, with this system there is zero operational risk and liability for the company.
What qualifies me to make these claims? Let me explain; I am not a businessman who dabbles in the aviation field, nor a pilot who dabbles in business. I am a highly-experienced and qualified jet pilot who is the creative force that recognized the opportunities, organized the infrastructures, and built two extremely successful international aviation companies. I am also the creator of the first interactive aircraft budgeting software.
My first success was Midwest Air Charter (1969) out of Cleveland, Ohio. Midwest was the first single-flag carrier for the Federal Reserve Bank. While at Midwest, I was VP-CP-DOO for 55 aircraft operating 72,000 miles a night, six nights a week (a system I designed specifically for the FED at their request). Midwest delivered an unheard of 99.75% on-time completion record! In 1976 Midwest went on to become Airborne and is known today as DHL.
I have also created and co-founded Jet Support Services, Inc., a.k.a. JSSI (1989). JSSI and its niche market did not exist until I saw the possibilities and created it. Today, it is the largest supplier of non-OEM jet engine service programs in the world. JSSI also occupies a highly-esteemed place in the aviation hierarchy; a marketplace position no others have been able to duplicate or penetrate, until now!
Between the years of 1976 and 1988, I was the chief pilot for Mercedes Benz, AG/N.A. In 1988 I left that position to start JSSI.
