We will distribute all the related costs for you, so with one payment everything related to operational costs are taken care of. With this program, You make one payment into your EAP trust account and all the costs associated with your aircraft operations will be distributed of for you. You can choose which, and or what costs you want us to handle and it will be done for you.
  • Crew Evaluation: Crew evaluation is part of the EOS system and is included in all programs. Crew evaluation is vital in several regards. Pilots are people, and just like all people, some handle equipment better than others. For example, have you ever been in a car and think to yourself, I am glad I do not own this guys car. Why? Because he may not be very good a driving or respecting and taking care of his car. When you hire a pilot what do you know about him or her? They have a pilots license and some amount of hours, and that is it. Do you know that the FAA passes people to fly with minimum standards? Do you know if your pilot has situational awareness? No, you probably do not. The airlines follow all of their pilots all of the time because it is best for their business to know which pilots are good and which are not. You cannot do that on your own, but we can, and we will provide you with ongoing crew evaluations, it certinaly will save you money and it may save your life.

EAP pro rata program: Cost associated with long-term maintenance (especially calendar maintenance and high usage hourly maintenance like engine overhauls and hot sections) will be handled with as pro rata events and will depend on where exactly your aircraft is regarding each of those maintenance cycles. In those cases, we provide a pro-rata program that will pick up the costs from the time we started overseeing your aircraft only, while you pay separately for the prior use. In those events, we will also make available to you any discounts for that maintenance we can arrange. These savings will typically save you 30 to 40% over going it alone.
